“The Project for Increasing the Professional Competencies of Commercial Vehicle Drivers”, which we carry out within the scope of the EU’s Erasmus+ Program, is carrying out its final activities.
The professional competence map of the drivers carrying passengers, prepared within the framework of the project, and the digital training materials and question sets prepared based on this, were tested in all partner countries with pilot trainings. The outputs were shared with the participants in two different events attended by the drivers and driver trainers who transport passengers, and the opinions of the participants were collected with the prepared questionnaire. In all partner countries, the project outputs were welcomed by the target groups and positive feedback was received. After the pilot trainings and survey applications, a national and joint report will be prepared and shared with the public on the project website.
In this process, regular Skype meetings are held to make up for the meetings that could not be held face-to-face due to the pandemic. Thus, the project is effectively monitored and evaluated. The 10th Skype meeting of the project was held on February 1, 2022, and the dates of the face-to-face meetings were determined at this meeting.
The project will have completed its activities with multiplier events (information meetings and closing meeting) to be held in April-May 2022 and will be finished by the end of May 2022.
