The 4th Transnational Project Meeting of “The Project for Increasing the Professional Qualifications of Commercial Vehicle Drivers”, which we carried out together with 7 partner organizations from Turkey, Italy, Spain and Germany, within the scope of the EU’s Erasmus+ Programme, was held. Our Italian partners (Training 2000 and CNA Pesaro and Urbino) hosted the meeting organized in Italy on 11-12 April 2022. The meeting was attended by 7 project partner institutions/organizations (TŞOF, MoNE, TÜMEDEF, CNA, Training 2000 and IBF) and the representatives of our affiliate company, SUPSI, responsible for carrying out the project. Our Spanish partner PONS attended the meeting online. Turkish partners TŞOF, MoNE General Directorate of Private Education Institutions and TÜMEDEF attended the meeting with a delegation of 8 people.
After the meeting ceremony and the opening speech of our Italian partners CNA and Training 2000 representatives, the agenda was briefly shared with the participants. In the first and second days of the meeting, the developments regarding the intellectual outputs of the project were explained by the relevant partners within the framework of the agenda. In particular, the test trainings conducted in partner countries and their results were evaluated within the framework of the intellectual output 3, which included pilot trainings and was the focus of the meeting. During the pilot trainings, the joint competency map and digital training materials prepared within the framework of the project were tested, and the aforementioned materials will be revised within the framework of the feedback received.
At the meeting, the Project Coordinator also summarized the work done on the management of the project, monitoring its quality and disseminating it. Decisions were made regarding the work to be done until the end of the project (5th Transnational Project Meetings, final conference and multiplier events, dissemination studies, etc.).
The delegation visited the President of the Municipal Council of Pesaro Marco Perugini within the framework of the program on the first day of the meeting. Perugini briefed the delegation about Pesaro and presented a bust of the painter Raffaello, the symbol of Pesaro. On the second day of the meeting, the delegation visited a driver and driver training centre in Pesaro contacted by CNA and got information about the training and examination systems.
