Our project proposal envisaged a series of face-to-face meetings on the implementation of the project. Only the first of these meetings (in Ankara in February 2020) could be held. Skype meetings are held at regular intervals in order to prevent disruption of the project activities and the process is tried to be continued uninterruptedly. The first Skype meeting was held on July 7, 2020, the second meeting was held on August 5, 2020, and the third meeting was held on November 5, 2020. Meeting intervals are adjusted according to the workload. The activities carried out at the meetings are evaluated and plans for the future are made. All partners have been attending the meetings and are very productive. Face-to-face meetings are postponed to future dates depending on the situation of the pandemic.
